The turn of the year is the perfect time to set goals for the coming year, write down new year's resolutions and look back on last year. Watching the fireworks at midnight, everyone is determined to topple mountains and face anyone for the challenge that lies ahead. But then the holidays pass, everyday tasks return with a twist, the list of goals is good tucked away in a drawer where it gathers dust until next January. And so every year again, until I notice that the goals are starting to become more and more irrelevant, because "they won't come true anyway".
The others have either forgotten them already in February, or have already thrown them away.
The compound word “setting goals” already contains this word “planting”. You plant your purpose in the most fertile soil - your mind - then water and nurture it by doing daily relevant actions, and after some time watch how your goal seedling has blossomed and begins to bear the first fruits.

First understand that everything in this world was originally just an idea. Light, electricity, telephone, the internet, Tesla... these were all visions that were likely misunderstood or even ridiculed by those around them. That means that anything you create in your head can come true unless one of these reasons why people do not achieve their goals:
⦁ Fear
Many give up without even trying because fear stands in their way. Fear of admitting what you want because you don't believe it is possible or that you deserve it. Fear of what others will think of you. Fear of failing. Fear that will fail. The fear of not knowing enough, or any other fear that stops you before you even are started
⦁ Focus
Have you ever bought a new car and then see it EVERYWHERE? It's because you focus on it. We see what we focus on. That is why goals must be in front of you every day, they must be repeated every day day and must be focused on daily to achieve them.

⦁ Why?
Why is one of the most important questions in the process of setting and achieving goals. To fulfill dream, you need to know why you want to fulfill it. “I want to go to Thailand because I want to,” will not work. You need to define your why , so that in moments when it becomes difficult and you want to give up, this why becomes the biggest motivation and driving force.

⦁ Doesn't matter like
Often people don't set a big goal because they don't know how they will achieve it. But I can say that it is not what matters is how and what you achieve, but what you become in the process. “I don't know how I did it I will do..." instead of "I don't know how, I don't know when, but I know I will achieve it" and let The universe will take care of it.

Your subconscious does not hear the prefix or . Writing down your goals converts all don't want to want , focusing on what you want, not what you don't want. Write them in the present tense and for each of for these purposes ask:
Remember that achieving your goals is a marathon, not a sprint, so be patient, don't lose yourself in the process and celebrate each the small promise, so that next New Year's Eve you can look back with joy and love on all your fulfilled ones dreams and pamper yourself properly in gratitude.
