1. These regulations describe the procedure by which SIA "Event Organization", hereinafter - Portal, processes personal data.
2. These regulations are applicable if the user of the Portal uses, has used or has expressed a desire to use the services provided by the Portal, or is otherwise connected with the services provided by the Portal, including in relations with the user established before the entry into force of these regulations.
3. To register on the Portal, you need to create your own profile or subscribe to an advertising profile - for service providers. Registration is done with the social platform Gmail, e-mail address and/or Facebook.com profile "passport", which will be used to authorize in the Portal. Before registration, you must provide your basic information, such as name, email address.
4. After creating a profile, the service provider can send and receive messages in his inbox, use the budget planner, service provider manager, work list, calendar, contact the Ligavam.lv service department about the necessary changes in the advertising profile or to place additional advertising. A reminder message will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the service provider for a new message received in the mailbox.
5. An ordinary registered user can receive messages in his inbox, use the budget planner, service provider manager, work list. For a received message from the service provider, the user can specify any contact information that is most convenient for him. If the message reaches the Ligavam.lv mailbox, a reminder will be sent to the user's e-mail address previously specified.

The content published by the Portal can be viewed both on a computer and on smart devices, so such content can be saved on said devices using the options offered by the Portal, browsers or devices. Profile subscribers or service providers should only post content that can be seen by other users.
16. The Portal can process non-personalized information, for example, about the number of users of the Portal.
17. The user's personal data may be transferred to third parties in accordance with the cases and procedures specified in the laws and regulations, for example, if the Portal has received a request from a law enforcement agency or to report illegal behavior.
18. User data in a limited amount (phone number and e-mail) may be transferred to courier service providers if the Portal user arranges delivery services in the Portal system. Providing data is a prerequisite for receiving the shipping service.

In such a case, in order to protect the interests of other users and Ligavam.lv, a warning is given to the user's profile, in some cases it is closed and correction of the data published in the profile islimited.
22. The portal user has the right to stop the operation of his profile at any time by closing or deactivating it. After closing the profile, the profile information is no longer publicly available, but it remains registered in the database with the possibility for the user to restore it again.
23. When visiting the Portal, the user is shown an informative notice that cookies are used.
