CREATIVE ASSOCIATION CHARMANTS
Charm thought through to elegance for your celebration
The wedding planning process should be approached calmly, but at the same time conscientiously. Wedding planning does not mean only fun and romance, but also various legal actions, such as entering into contracts with the hired party service providers. Although signing contracts is certainly not associated with fun, it is nevertheless very important part to protect themselves and for the upcoming event to unfold as planned. Therefore, the important question is what Should you know about wedding service contracts before signing them?
The range of services is one of the most important issues that should be included in the contract. The new couple should know exactly what services they will receive for the given amount of money. That's why it's in the contract information should include both how many hours the service provider will work on your wedding day and what exactly you will receive (for example, how many photos will be available to you as a result, or will a photo album also be included, how many minute long video will be created etc.).

In order to meet the expectations of the couple and also of the service provider, the contract must have clearly stated both what the service provider undertakes to provide and what it does not.
Of course, we often think that this will never happen to us. In other words, it won't happen nothing that could cause the wedding to be postponed or the wedding provider unable to attend for a wedding. However, situations in life tend to be different for both young couples and wedding service providers, therefore the contract must include procedures to be followed if one of the parties cannot fulfill the terms of the contract in an emergency because of the situation.
The cancellation policy should be carefully discussed with the service provider, finding out whether will you receive back the paid money in case of cancellation, will an equivalent service provider be provided, etc.

As the wedding planning process often lasts even a year or more, changes over time is not unusual. The number of guests may increase and time changes may occur, so careful consideration is required contract and discuss with the service provider whether any changes are possible. It should be noted that all changes are must be noted in writing.

If the wedding is planned outside of Latvia or in a more distant Latvian city, the service travel and accommodation expenses for the service provider must also be reserved in the contract.
In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, the young couple and their wedding photographer, in the evening the driver or other service provider should be advised who covers these additional costs. Any additional measure (travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) will cause additional costs, so this issue must be approached responsibly.

When signing the contract, the young couple should make sure that the payment schedule for the specific services, as well as the amounts to be made in each of the payments are precisely specified in the contract. In this way, the couple can accurately plan your wedding budget and payments.
The name of the person who signs the contract is actually much more important than it might seem. Without so that the contract is signed by the service provider and the new couple, sometimes the parents of the new couple also sign it, e.g. in cases where they cover the cost of the wedding. Since the signatory of the contract will be the official customer, always carefully it is necessary to evaluate which name will be in the signature box.
