Having managed events for more than ten years, I have realized that each event is unique in its essence, because the people in it are unique. Even two events with the same people at the same place will be different because we all have our own busy lives.

Therefore, it is always pleasant and interesting for me to find ways to adapt to the specific context in order to create the most enjoyable atmosphere for the guests - so that the serious and important moments are noble, the amusing moments are fun and the sincere and nice moments are heartwarming.

By the way, often the most unforgettable memories are not illuminated by bright spotlights, but arise in pleasant silence.

At a wedding, it is important for me to support the event and the young couple. Both raising energy when needed, and letting people enjoy themselves when the event is in full swing, and not stopping it all with a game just because "it was in the script". So that you can safely come to me with both "ahh, everything is so great!" and "hey, Wilhelm, the manor dog ate the cake, what are we going to do now?!". So to say, as in joy, so in sorrow!
