TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL WEDDING PLANNING DURING WORK!

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL WEDDING PLANNING DURING WORK!

Planning a wedding is neither a day's nor a week's and most often not a month's work. Yes, work, because that's what it is. And often this work can take even a year of life. Most likely, in addition to this job, you also have a main job, so the question of when to plan a wedding is even more urgent, and if we do it during work, then how to plan it so as not to lose your job?

  1. DON'T LET WORK TIME BECOME WEDDING TIME!  Undoubtedly, to prepare for the wedding, you have to plan exactly a million and one things that take a lot of time. However, wedding planning can't take away from your productivity at work. If you ever do some wedding planning at work, do it at the expense of, for example, frequent coffee breaks, the time you would spend on texting with friends and acquaintances Facebook or cutting your lunch break by 20 minutes. You don't need to pull the lion (read - the boss and colleagues) by the mustache and do the same thing during work, like studying the pictures of wedding photographers or Pinterest DIY labyrinths. If a wedding page is also open, then always close it when you leave your desk. And it is better to turn off the sound of the computer - many web pages related to the wedding theme often start playing the wedding march as soon as you enter them. During work (in fact, at any time) you can safely make various lists - for example, a list of guests or a list of necessary things - it is best to keep them at hand, so that you can make the necessary corrections every time you remember. Successful time planning will allow you to plan the wedding and at the same time not affect the work done and its quality. So to speak, the wolf is fed and the goat is alive.
  2. MEET GO IN FREE TIME!  If you think that every other day at lunch time you will have time to run out to meet the potential wedding photographer, manager, musicians, decorator and also see the celebration places, then you are wrong. If your lunch time is limited to an hour, then it will probably not be enough to talk about all the important things and then return to the rhythm of work productively. It is still permissible to search for potential service providers in the depths of the Internet during work, but it is better to hold face-to-face meetings in your free time - representatives of the wedding field are most often creative people and will most likely find time to meet after work or on holidays. On the other hand, the already mentioned lunch breaks can be successfully used to talk about various issues related to the wedding (in addition, you can do this while having a meal at the same time).
  3. TIME FOR CRAFTS – NIGHT! The craziest thing to do at work is to do DIY. Find ideas in a free moment, save them on the computer, but do not turn the work table into a craft club. Let's be honest - most couples make lace jars at night - it's DIY time, so to speak, with a glass of wine next to you and a good movie in the background.
  4. DON'T TIRED YOUR WORK COLLEAGUES TOO MUCH!  Work colleagues are people with whom we spend a lot of time, but that doesn't mean they have to answer all your cries for help and "what do you think would be better" questions? Even more so, it should not be done if it is not planned to invite work colleagues to the wedding - it could create mixed emotions in them. You don't have to hide from your work colleagues that you are going to get married, but they certainly don't have to be involved in all the details of your planning.
  5. BE SAFE! The last piece of advice sounds like a road safety commercial, but make sure you act in such a way that you still have a job after the wedding. If you are not sure what the policy of your workplace is regarding the use of a computer for personal purposes, it is better to find out in advance so that there are no unnecessary misunderstandings.
