We are an outdoor catering company ARNAS Catering , which offers a catering experience where food becomes part of the festive atmosphere. We work with thoughtful, seasonal menus, adapting to the event's mood, location, and people. Each order is created individually, with the aim of creating harmony at your celebration. In our experience, we have traveled in all directions of Latvia; location is not an obstacle to creating celebrations together.
In the warm season, our approach is based on grilling and on-site cooking. The aroma, the process, and freshly prepared food become part of the festive experience – a steak or something completely vegetarian/vegan from the grill goes directly to the guests' table to be enjoyed. The concept doesn't always foresee it, but at your request, guests can see and feel the cooking process, transforming what seems like just cooking into a whole adventure and memories to look back on later.
At the same time, we are open to various types of events – from small dinners for two or family celebrations to garden parties, anniversaries, corporate events, and masterclasses. Perhaps a masterclass fits your celebration? We create each event individually, adapting to the number of guests, location, and celebration style.
In the colder season, our approach changes – menus and serving concepts are adapted to the season, offering a full banquet service for indoor celebrations, without using a grill.

In the warm season, it is recommended to make a reservation at least 3–6 weeks in advance , especially for wedding and garden celebrations. In the Wedding season – the earlier, the better, to ensure availability and a calm preparation process.
We optimally work with events from ~10 to 300 people.
The price is determined individually, depending on the menu, number of guests, event duration, and location.
