Cooperating with the farmers of Līgatne and the surrounding area and exploring the wildness of the area, Pavāru māja searches for flavors characteristic of our region.
Our location allows us to use the ancient Līgatne sandstone cellars for storing farmers' products, allows us to use the products of the Gauja National Park in the menu and for the third year to include the products of our garden and bees in the menu.

We are part of the slow food movement, which aims to preserve local traditions, popularize organic agriculture and educate the public.
Together with the members of Slow food Straupe, we pay attention to and restore disappearing product varieties characteristic of Latvia (sour cherries, Latvian yellow kale, Burtnieku lake zander, ancient seeds for herbs and vegetables, etc.)
Green certificate - confirmation of compliance with the principles of "green" management, conservation of resources, creation of tourism offers friendly to the environment and the local community.
From a celebration in a very close circle of loved ones to an unforgettable event with a large number of guests - we will take care of a special taste adventure and mood for every moment of the celebration, whether it be the ceremony in the garden or the reception of the couple, photo session and dancing.

All year round, from Friday to Sunday (by booking in advance).
