Since 2005, BBAC (Baltic Business Aviation Center) has arranged private charter flights to any destination worldwide. For weddings, we offer honeymoon flights with no connections or queues, transport for the couple and guests to a ceremony abroad, and flights that run on your schedule and route rather than an airline timetable.

We don't work with a single fixed fleet. For each flight we choose the right aircraft, from a four-seat light jet for two to a VIP cabin for the whole wedding party. We handle everything ourselves: airport slots, permits, transfers to and from the aircraft, catering to your preferences, and flying with your pet.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should we book?

If an aircraft is available, a flight can be arranged within a few hours. During the wedding season and to popular destinations such as Nice, Sardinia and the Italian lakes, we recommend booking several weeks ahead to get a wider choice of aircraft and a better price. We send a detailed quote within about 15 minutes of your request.

How many passengers can fly? Are there age restrictions?

The smallest aircraft seat 4 passengers and the largest VIP aircraft up to 19–22. For larger groups of guests, we can arrange several flights on the same route. There are no age restrictions. Children and infants need their own travel documents.

What services do you offer for weddings?

Honeymoon flights to any destination, including islands and resorts without direct connections.
Flights to and from a wedding abroad for the couple and their guests.
A departure straight after the celebration, for example an overnight flight to your honeymoon destination.
Weekend flights to European cities for stag and hen parties.

Do you have special offers?

Empty legs are aircraft flying back without passengers and can be booked at a significant discount. Prices start at around €1,500. The date and route are fixed, so they suit couples with flexible plans. For families with children, we adapt the catering and cabin setup. Pets can travel in the cabin with their owners.

How much does a flight cost?

The price is for the whole aircraft, not per seat, so flying as a group brings the cost per person down considerably. The price depends on the aircraft type, distance, date, airport fees, and whether the aircraft waits for your return. European routes on a light jet typically start at €6,500–7,500. You receive the full price before confirming, with no hidden fees.

What should we know before the flight?

You'll need a valid passport or ID card, plus a visa if your destination requires one. Baggage space depends on the aircraft, so tell us in advance about a wedding dress, suits or large luggage and we'll choose an aircraft with enough room. Please mention pets and any special catering requests when booking.
