Each of our projects is a kind of creative, open personality that strives for harmony and balance, draws inspiration from nature and natural materials.
Filozofu Rezidence is one of the most striking multi-apartment building complexes in Riga, located in Ranķas Dam 34. These buildings, which together with the first skyscrapers - the Sun Stone and Z-Towers - form the future area of the capital of Latvia, are an architectural tribute to the 18th century German philosophers and enlighteners Johann Georg Häman and Johann Gottfried Herder, who while spending time in Riga drew inspiration from the environment.
The architecture of the buildings is a continuation of the general concept of the block. Visually, the buildings resemble a pile of books stacked on top of each other, where each floor is a new book, a new content with its own philosophy. The different size and position of the terraces and balconies of each apartment helps the architect to accomplish this difficult task of visualizing this image and giving the residents the opportunity to enjoy a meditative peace. Due to the view of Philosophers' Alley and Old Riga, the first residential floor is raised 14 meters above the ground, at ground level there are only supporting columns and a hall with a 12-meter high ceiling, which will house a large library for the needs of the project's residents.

The apartments are offered fully furnished, three-room apartments with 2 bedrooms, some four-room apartments with 3 bedrooms, as well as two-room apartments with 1 bedroom are for sale. The area of the apartments is available from 52 to 144 square meters, with the possibility of combining apartments. Each apartment has a terrace of 5.5 - 100 square meters with a width of at least 1.8 meters. Apartments in Filozofu Rezidences can also be purchased using the "Smart rent" offer - rent with the right of termination, when you can start living immediately, but buy - only after a year, and all the paid rent will be 100% included in the purchase amount.

As in other R.EVOLUTION projects, Lofts & Rosegold plays an important role in the quarter's philosophy. At home - "to be at home", it is a state of the soul when you feel especially strong, filled with happiness and joy of existence.
Lofts & Rosegold all manifestations of human life interact and are interconnected. They combine the philosophy of the Scandinavian style and the philosophy of a happy life, which fills this project with harmony and togetherness. here the architectural styles of different eras reveal and complement each other. The spacious hall - as a center of attraction, commercial spaces expand the opportunities of the residents of the block, while the residents support entrepreneurs who operate under the roof of one common building.

The heart of Lofts & Rosegold and the embodiment of the Scandinavian style philosophy will become the main hall-lobby of the building, the area of which will be 220 m2, and the ceiling height - 4.20 meters. The interior will be saturated with the main idea - a combination of two buildings of different architectural styles into one whole, a combination of residents of the block with those who have chosen a creative environment for their business.

Concept: HOFT - a trinity of green lifestyle, respect for the city's history and modern architecture.
The flying tree house is located in the most picturesque intersection of Riga's Quiet Center between Strēlnieku Street and Albert Street. From the windows of the HOFT apartments you can see the art nouveau museum - Stockholm School of Economics and Albert Street, which not only has a unique facade for each building, but also many stories of the city, its well-known residents and guests.

HOFT consists of two buildings - a reconstructed historical building with two additional floors, and a new seven-floor building. The most important and even almost magical feature of HOFT - 39 bonsai trees placed on the terraces and facades of the buildings. Now that HOFT is fully completed, we see that it is not only a landscape architecture project of its kind - it creates a surprisingly delicate balance between urban lifestyle and connection with nature conservation, which is difficult to imagine in the dynamics of the modern capital.
Apartments in the project are offered with gray finish, apartment areas: from 76 m2 to 232 m2, with the possibility of combining. All apartments have balconies with an area of no less than 1.80 m, large bright windows and floor-to-ceiling windows with luxurious views of the yard and trees. Ceiling height 2.90 m, on the roof floors - 3.00 m.

The concept of the project is the connection of generations, the connection of time, as well as the memories of outstanding people who created the history of their lives with their own hands and left their contribution to the history of the city, the country and the world. Villa Milia is a tribute to the great Latvian 20th century. to the woman of the beginning, Emīlija Benjamiņa - the owner of Villa Benjamina.
The architecture and interiors of the halls are the masterpiece of Latvian design star Zane Teteres - contemporary, monumental and at the same time open and airy in the style characteristic of Jurmala.

And of course, the location of the project is the main component of any real estate project and Villa Milia is special. Villa Milia is located in Dzintaru Prospect, Jurmala. Dzintari prospect is the "golden mile", a district of exclusive private houses and villas, where new constructions of elite real estate are located. Luxury class construction creates a special social environment: safety, peace and respectability. Dzintaru prospect is the very center of Jurmala, at the same time the project is located on the first line, some distance from the city fever. Only a 100-meter dune zone separates the project area from the sea.
Villa Milia is a club project (it has only 15 apartments) and is an example of collectible real estate, because such projects are built outside competition and outside the market, they are always in demand and always respected.
