I am Renate Makulena, a wedding and private event planner and the founder of Renate Makulena Events. I believe that weddings should not be stressful projects. They should be experiences where you feel safe, heard, and at ease.
My team provides all the services your day may require: from concept and design to event coordination and decoration. This allows every couple to receive exactly the level of service they desire.

Full-Service Wedding Planning
Complete wedding planning and management, so you don't have to be the project managers of your own wedding.
- introductory consultation: wedding vision, priorities, and wedding investment planning
- development of the wedding day plan, design, overall styling, and vision
- tastings and meetings with service providers
- selection and booking of ceremony, reception, and photoshoot locations
- sourcing photographers, videographers, hosts, musicians, decorators, and other professionals
- preparation of the wedding day timeline and its distribution to everyone involved
- event coordination, with at least 3 coordinators present on the wedding day
Partial Wedding Planning
Wedding coordination plus:
- 3 online consultations up to 1 month before the wedding
- communication with key service providers, such as the wedding host or decorator
- one on-site visit to the wedding venue up to 1 month before the wedding
- wedding planner Excel materials and a questionnaire to help me get to know you better
- a mini visual concept reflecting you as a couple and the feelings you want to experience
- at least 2 coordinators on the wedding day
Wedding Day Coordination
Wedding Consultation
- a 2-hour conversation about the wedding planning topics that are most relevant to you
- 24/7 WhatsApp support after the consultation until the wedding day
- an additional 1-hour consultation before the wedding day
Wedding Day Plan and Technical Timeline Preparation
- a 2-hour consultation, ideally before sending out invitations or approximately one month before the wedding
- technical plan: necessary details, equipment, and decorations
- a wedding day timeline that can be shared with guests and service providers, ensuring that everyone understands the schedule and who is responsible for each task
- an additional 1-hour consultation before the wedding day
