We are an outing catering company ARNAS Catering , which offers a dining experience where food becomes part of the festive atmosphere. We work with thoughtful, seasonal menus, adapting to the mood, place and people of the event. Each order is created individually, with the aim of creating harmony in your celebration. In our experience, we have traveled to all directions of Latvia, the location is not an obstacle to create a holiday together.
In the warm season, our approach is based on grilling and cooking on site. The aroma, the process and the freshly prepared food become a part of the holiday experience - a steak or something completely vegetarian/vegan goes directly from the grill to the guests' table to enjoy. The concept does not always provide for it, but according to your wish, guests can see and feel the cooking process, turning as if only cooking into a whole experience and memories to look back on later.
At the same time, we are open for various types of events - from small dinners for two or family celebrations to garden parties, anniversaries, corporate events and master classes. Maybe the master class fits your holiday? We create each event individually, adapting to the number of guests, place and style of celebration.
In the colder season, our approach changes - the menu and serving concept is adapted to the season, offering a full-fledged banquet service for indoor celebrations, without using a grill.

In the warm season, it is recommended to book at least 3-6 weeks in advance , especially for weddings and garden parties. During the wedding season, the earlier the better to ensure availability and a calm preparation process.
We optimally work with events from ~10 to 300 persons.
The price is determined individually, depending on the menu, the number of guests, the duration of the event and the venue.
