Our table at your wedding will definitely stand out both with a view and a taste. Love, smile and joy is what we maintain in our work environment. Our approach is to reduce excess dishes and uneaten food. We mostly offer snacks, salads and desserts in glasses. Snacks are healthier, we use less bakery products. We use interesting bases, such as vegetable and fruit chips, or we serve them on spoons. Salads, in addition to the classic ones, are specially made with unusual ingredients - fruits, mushrooms and bouquets of microgreens. We prepare all the dishes just before the event so that they are fresh, do not dry out and maintain high quality.
We offer both soups and various hot dishes. From the usual chicken, pork and fish fillet options to lamb curry or beef tenderloin. We serve in different ways, but in our opinion, the most suitable is the buffet table, where the food is served in hot marmites, which helps maintain its temperature and encourages guests to move from their seats. We go on outings and cook on the spot on ceramic grills, large cauldrons and use other equipment.
We offer a variety of homemade, healthy hot drinks (hot juices with ginger, chili, etc.). We make excellent lemonades and morsas from organic fruits.
Desserts are one of our integral components that make the table more gorgeous and add a sweet note to the taste journey. We have practiced preparing small desserts so that there is room for them even after enjoying the main course. We serve them both in the middle of the table and between snacks. We also offer various cakes and other pastries.
