Who is JUN?

Jun (pronounced - jun in Latvian) has been a well-known drink in Chinese and Tibetan culture for thousands of years, and has only recently entered Western pop culture as arguably the healthiest version of kombucha.

Jun is like a relative of kombucha, its lovers call it "kombucha champagne". Unlike traditional kombucha, which is made with black tea and sugar, Jun is made with green tea and raw honey. Jun has a lighter and brighter flavor profile, is more fizzy and less acidic than traditional kombucha.

The design of our Jun and the healthy content of the drink are suitable for your celebrations and special events, because every opening of Jun is a real adventure.

Preparation process

Jun's cooking process is handmade. Unpasteurized, thus keeping all the good bacteria in the drink. Jun is a naturally fermented green tea mushroom sparkling drink fermented in organic honey. The honey is of high quality from Latvian farm bees. In Europe, Jun is much less common than regular kombucha, as its production process is more complicated and the cost is much more expensive.

Ingredients: high-quality green tea, honey from the best beekeepers in Latvia, tea mushroom culture yeast and concentrate or syrup of the respective flavor, which we prepare ourselves from fruits and plants grown in Latvia. Unpasteurized, unfiltered, naturally carbonated. Natural deposits are possible.

The healthy properties of the drink

Jun is full of probiotics, or healthy bacteria, which increase the amount of beneficial microorganisms in the gut microbiome. A thriving microbiome not only promotes healthy metabolism and digestion, but can also improve the health of our brain and immune system. The drink contains organic acids, antioxidants, enzymes, group B vitamins and has a detox effect. Helps the digestive system, rids the body of toxins and increases energy. Antioxidants help reduce inflammation throughout the body and ward off disease-causing free radicals. It's also packed with organic acids like acetic acid, a powerful antimicrobial that's been linked to better blood pressure regulation. Raw honey is rich in bioactive compounds with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.

Jun is an easy way to take your probiotic (and it's especially good for people who don't like yogurt or pills) to ensure your body gets the good bacteria it needs.

Important information for customers

Store only at 2 - 4 degrees! Be careful when opening, because the drink is biologically active. These are the main two rules, following which your holiday will be a success.

JUN flavors

6 flavors are currently available: strawberry in champagne, milk oolong, ginger, sea buckthorn, rhubarb. Cherry flavor also appears seasonally. We plan to develop other flavors as well, leaving the customers' favorites, which will change or complement the range of Jun's offer.
