A celebration house built in 2021 on the shore of Lake Sasmak, at the foot of a hundred-year-old giant oak tree - Dunduriņi.

This charming, airy place that merges with nature allows it to be adapted to all kinds of events - special moments, big and small celebrations, retreats, concerts, master classes, etc. A special aura is provided by the hundred-year-old Årlava manor park, the giant oak tree at the foot of the party house and, of course, the glittering lake.

The roof of the party house is transparent, and two walls are completely glazed, allowing the celebrants to blend in with the majestic park and sparkling lake.

The total area of the celebration house in Dunduriņi is 308 m2, of which 168 m2 is the celebration hall itself, 40 m2 is occupied by a spacious, equipped kitchen and a 100 m2 terrace. Up to 80 people will comfortably sit at the tables in the celebration house. On the other hand, the spacious kitchen will be a convenient support point for your chosen cook or catering service, while the terrace is an excellent place for champagne and snacks after the wedding ceremony, fireworks or watching an outdoor movie.

You can organize the preparation and decoration of the place of celebration, the serving of champagne and snacks, a bar offer or a celebratory feast yourself, or it will be perfectly done by our cooperation partners in the field of decoration, catering and bar, offering a full service - from snacks, delicious and elegant cocktails to service.

We can help you decorate and prepare your chosen place, starting with decorations, the bride's bouquet and the groom's pin, ending with champagne, snacks and a cake after the wedding ceremony.

Overnight stay

You can spend the sunset and wake up in a romantic idyll - in our tasteful lakeside accommodations.

We can sleep up to 50 guests in 3 all-season cottages and 3 luxurious, spacious glamping tents and 3 bell tents. We cooperate with neighboring accommodations (within a 4 km radius), where you can also accommodate your guests.

Prices

The minimum price is 70 EUR/hour for the use of the Celebration House (small celebrations). On the other hand, the rent of the entire complex - Celebration House, the entire territory and accommodation for up to 50 persons will cost from 2380 EUR, depending on the day of the week.

If there are no other celebrations at our place, we offer to start decorating the celebration hall the day before, if there is a celebration, then from 12:30 on the day of the celebration, but the resting place will have to be left until the next day at 14.30 We offer cooperation with our excellent and experienced team of decorators, who are guaranteed to decorate the place of the celebration until the beginning of the celebration according to your wishes - tastefully and according to the budget.

Please note that during the summer season it is not possible to rent the Celebration House without accommodation, because the rest of other guests at our place when the wedding is taking place cannot be combined with the celebration.

If necessary, we will agree on other services, such as bartender services, catering, offers for photo sessions, etc., separately, taking into account your wishes and needs.
