Upes Villa - your moment of celebration, a charge of energy and a haven for rest. A favorite place for guests for celebrations, weddings, business and private events, it is located half an hour's drive from Riga, in the azote of the fateful river Daugava, surrounded by big trees, at the crossroads between the old and the new.

Party house

Two halls and two terraces are available in the celebration house. The small hall on the first floor is 65m2 and from the adjacent room there is an exit to the 86m2 terrace, which is partly under the roof and with a wonderful view of the Daugava (25m to the shore). On the second floor there is a large hall of 105m2 with a small terrace of 20m2, which in summer can also be used as an additional entrance to the hall, it has a staircase leading to the large outdoor terrace. In this building there is also a small kitchenette, four toilets, a sauna with a small cold pool and shower, and a fireplace room with an exit to the Daugava and the 1st floor terrace. Available tables, chairs, projector screen, presentation board, audio equipment, wifi internet, etc. by agreement.

Hotel

The hotel has 13 rooms (from single to quadruple), each with WC and shower or bath, accommodating up to 40 guests. 20 additional folding beds are also available - sleeping up to 60 guests in total. The hotel building also has an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee machine and stove for guests' convenience. Next to the kitchen is a dining room that can also be used for smaller seminars.

Territory

The territory has a large yard, which is washed by the Daugava on two sides and surrounded by several ancient trees. The guest house complex includes 2 buildings - a party house with a sauna, two halls, a fireplace, 2 terraces with an exit to the Daugava and a hotel with 13 rooms, each with a WC and half of them with a wonderful view of the Daugava. The complex also has a small open-air stage, a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a mobile basketball hoop, a fireplace, and a parking lot.
