We live in a socially active era, when both work colleagues and acquaintances at various events become friends people and often we want to invite them all to be present on our special day - the wedding day. However, even if the number of wedding guests is already well over 100 people, big wedding is also possible make more personal.

1. HOLD MORE PRE-WEB EVENTS!

Even if you have planned to invite all close and distant relatives, friends and acquaintances to the wedding, the number of guests reaching well over several hundred doesn't mean your wedding can't be personal. Big day indeed will be worthy of the word "big", but in any case no less important because of that.

It is clear that if there are several hundred guests at the wedding, it will not be possible to talk to every one during the evening, so you can consider holding separate pre-wedding events.

It could be Sunday breakfast with friends, dinner with close family members, a joint trip with for work colleagues – the variations of what to do can be different, but such smaller events will give your wedding guests the feeling that they are not just one of many.

2. HIRE A GOOD DECORATOR!

An undeniably large wedding already automatically requires a lot of space, so a large wedding must have is good decorator.

A professional in his field will know how to arrange a large room in such a way that intimacy exists in it.

This will be achieved both by playing with lighting and various other decorations. Romantic lighting, candles and not bright lighting will create intimacy and the feeling that there are not several hundred in the room people.

3. CUSTOMIZE CEREMONY AND CELEBRATION PLACE!

In a big wedding, special thought should be given to the place of the ceremony.

If there are, for example, 200 invited guests at the wedding, then an excellent solution would be to hold the wedding ceremony outside, a chair in the layout following the amphitheater principle, getting married in the middle - this will create a more intimate atmosphere and allow avoid a situation where a guest in the very back doesn't see the special event.

Similarly, you should think about the arrangement of the room at parties. At a big wedding, it will be especially suitable and will create a better feeling than not round tables, but long tables at which to seat guests, evoking associations with family gatherings, thus an intimate and personal family event.

4. SET UP FOOD STATIONS!

In order to give the guests the opportunity to get to know each other better, the Swedish table principle could be useful at a large wedding. Walking after meals, guests will be able not only to choose the food they want, but also to communicate with each other. True, the big ones at a wedding, you should think about several such food stations, so that it is not the case that several hundred guests are trying at the same time get to one table.

5. THINK ABOUT ENTERTAINING GUESTS!

In both small and large weddings, you need to think about the entertainment of the guests, but you must understand that in a large wedding, one might not be enough recreation and entertainment area. To avoid a situation where guests are queuing, for example, to use photo corners, you should think about several such entertainment stations:

1. it could be the already mentioned photo corner (both the photographer and the so popular at many weddings will serve perfectly photo booths),
2. cigar bar with lounge chairs for gentlemen,
3. chill area with sofas, chairs and a guest book for those who want to sit down and talk undisturbed.
4. If the wedding budget allows, you can also hire a cartoonist, who will immortalize each wedding guest in special cartoons (which in this case will also serve as a gift for guests).

6. FIRST DANCE!

After all, regardless of the size of the wedding, the most important prerequisite is to fully enjoy the special day. People always connects dancing and, as you know, on the dance floor, the more people, the better. Before the first dance you can ask the guests to form a circle, in the middle of which the first dance will be performed. This will create a more personal atmosphere.
