How to keep flowers fresh as long as possible?

One of the most frequent questions brides often ask about flowers is how to preserve them as long as possible fresh. Each flower has its own rules, but if you take good care of them, they are likely to please you even a week. Most cut flowers generally do not like high temperatures, so they are most often kept in water not warmer than five degrees Celsius. Matiolas will keep best if you keep them in cool water of 8-10 degrees, while the so-called special flower powders (they can be bought both in flower shops and supermarkets) will help them keep at least twice as long. Matiolas like clean water, so you should not forget to change the water in the vase at least once a day.

Also, at least on the wedding day, you should remember to regularly spray the bride's bouquet with water - this will help the flowers stay fresh as long as possible.
