Continuing the series of personal stories, we present the fairy godmother of the project "Wedding gift or colorful dreams awake" - Iveta Rikmani, the author and creator of the portal for modern brides LĪGAVĀM.LV.

I ask myself the BIG questions of life every day - why are you who you are? Why do you do what you do? Does it have a deeper meaning? And every day I answer these questions with a resounding YES! I can say quite frankly that I first try to live in such a way as to bring joy to myself. It might sound a little selfish, but I have to be happy. Because only when I am like that, I can share happiness with others.

Only when I am happy, I can spend every day with a meaningful sense of purpose and satisfaction.

I have always known that I can only do what I like. Therefore, I am even more deeply grateful that my cherished dream has come true and this portal has been created - a place where a woman can not only find useful information for wedding planning, but also find inspiration for her big day.

Creating a portal was my ambition as much as an internal desire for quality - seeing how the wedding industry is growing and developing also on the Latvian scale,

it was important for me to create a platform where only the best and highest quality professionals in their field would gather. This is also the essence of the portal - to offer the bride only the very best.

Before LĪGAVĀM.LV was born, a certain section of the road was covered. One that brought me closer to what was truly in my heart - to inspire! That is why I can say thank you to every person I have met on my way. It has been a valuable school of life, which has enriched and led to the point that now I can write these words not in my notebook, but on the portal where I have put my whole heart. The portal was created in a month, which is unfathomable, but gives even more confidence that the right things happen to the right people at the right time.

Now every morning when I wake up, I feel grateful that brides need an environment in which to prepare for their wedding day.

Freedom to be yourself, to accept yourself, to be happy with yourself - this, in my opinion, is the highest pilotage. These are the brides for whom I created this portal. They know what they want and know how to achieve it.

I'll admit it - I'm an esthete and a perfectionist in everything I do. I love to create and make beautiful things. And I love people who do and create just as beautifully. Therefore, day after day I paint my unique works of art together with the wonderful LĪGAVĀM.LV team. We are like a family that complements each other. It is important to me that my team and the people I work with every day are the best in their field. Years of experience in personnel management, sales, and marketing have allowed me to develop my leadership skills and lead a like-minded team. A team that is not afraid to be different, to step outside of its comfort zone, but at the same time to think strategically so that the company develops and grows not in years, but in hours.

The forest inspires me, I can't live without it, it fills me, calms me, recharges me. Bird songs, the rustling of trees, the smell of mint - all this brings me back to nature, to my roots, where I am happy. But as much as I am inspired by the forest, I also find inspiration in people. IN PERSONALITIES who do what their heart yearns for, who bring added value to those around them with their essence, who go against the system and are themselves with their strong SE. Such personalities were involved in the realization of the wedding project, which I am pleased about.

I have something to be thankful for every day. And I have no doubt that you do too. May we never run out of gratitude for life, fate, the universe and each other! May we succeed!
