Valeria and Aleksandra wanted to celebrate their wedding alone and outside of Latvia, and that's exactly what they also did. As a destination, the young couple chose one of the most romantic places in the world - Venice. They admit - the wedding day turned out to be so magical that they still review the wedding photos, returning to the completed ones in feelings of love.
Valeria and Alexander wanted to combine an official marriage ceremony with a romantic one travel. "Two years ago, my husband expressed his wish for a wedding abroad, and I agreed to this idea, because we wanted something original and interesting to keep memories for the rest of our lives. We planned the wedding approx year - in the first half of the year I was looking for ideas where and in what style we could get married. It was also important for us to find a wedding planner to help with all the practicalities, such as paperwork. Although at first we considered the idea of Dubai or the Maldives, but we realized that the right country would be Italy and my the favorite city in Europe - Venice," Valerija says about how she chose the wedding destination.

The young couple decided to get married without the presence of family members and friends. They were accompanied only the makeup artist and the wedding photographer, who are friends of the bride. "Our wedding day was perfect. For us in Venice another photographer joined - a guide who lives in Venice and knows perfectly all the beautiful locations, so the photo session route was thought out and well planned.

She immediately advised us to start the photo session at seven o'clock in the morning, so much so the popular San Marco Square would be free of tourists and we would have the opportunity to take great photos. For couples planning a wedding abroad, I definitely recommend using a wedding planner to help you, because you have to prepare everything yourself documents for a formal wedding ceremony can be a challenge. I also recommend hiring a photographer and make-up artist from Latvia - such good prices and great professionalism will be much more difficult to find abroad," advises the bride.
Caramel Events Riga wedding organizer Julija Pumpe states that it was important for her and her team to carefully execute all the wishes of the young couple. "The priorities were an official wedding ceremony and a thoughtful photo session with beautiful women for pictures. The couple had nothing against the marriage in the municipal building, and it made the task easier, because to organize an official one away ceremony in Italy will not be an easy task, as in Latvia. In addition, the wedding hall was in a classic style with view of the Grand Canal, and it all matched the wedding concept.
On the morning of the wedding day, which, by the way, started at night because of the early photo session for the young couple, we arrived at the municipal building on time and checked all the documents again. Official wedding ceremony In Italy, in my opinion, it is more solemn and much longer than in Latvia, because before the marriage is concluded, several contract articles. The entire ceremony was translated into Russian so that the couple could follow along progress," says Yulia.

After the wedding ceremony, Valeria and Alexander went on a romantic gondola ride along the canals of Venice, but after for lunch, the bride had a boudoir photo shoot. At the end of the evening, the young couple together with the bride's girlfriends went to the festivities at the wedding dinner. "We chose the terrace of the famous Hotel Danieli as the place for dinner, both for the view and the view because of friendly management attitude.

It should be remembered that in Venice relatively few high-level restaurants have the opportunity to host even small photo sessions. Hotel Danieli is famous for being the location of some episodes of the movie "The Tourist". filmed directly on its luxurious stairs," says Júlija Pumpe.
