MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

IF YOU HAVE:

• experience in equivalent work
• strategic thinking and problem solving skills, goal orientation
• appropriate education in the field of marketing, management
• ability to lead, motivate sales team and organize teamwork
• knowledge and experience in digital marketing (tactics and tools)
• excellent project management, communication, cooperation skills
• ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• creativity, energetic with initiative, friendly, open personality
• desire to experiment and create, implement new ideas
• ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends
• interest in getting involved in the development of an international environment
• good taste and sense of style
• the ability to organize your time and work independently
• good oral and written knowledge of Latvian and English
• desire to achieve more and more

JOB DUTIES:

• planning and organizing marketing activities related to company image and sales promotion (including digital marketing activities)
• promoting brand awareness through bold and creative campaigns
• following industry trends, market, competitor and customer research and analysis
• analysis of campaign data and preparation of reports, recommendations for improving results, making forecasts
• sales promotion by developing activities for effective attraction of new customers
• sales department team management, support and motivation
• organization of events
