Whether you believe in the power of manifestation or not is not important at the moment. Yes, many look at this practice with some skepticism, considering it a myth, but try to put aside all prejudices and criticism for a moment and keep an open mind while reading this article.

Why? Because the manifestation could actually be called "mental training", which takes you closer to your goals and desired reality. No one has to try to think negatively - the brain does it automatically. If you don't make a conscious effort to think positively, your mind itself gets into the "I won't be able to, I don't want to, I can't" state. And no one wants to be in this position!

However, it should be added that positive thinking alone will not be enough. It is a long-term process, you have to work on it every day. Often we stand in our own way, putting up unconscious blocks that delay (or even stop) the process of attracting desires.

You don't believe that you can have it

this is a story about limiting ideas. Yes, you probably know what and how you want, but subconsciously you don't believe that you can really have it.

You are afraid of success

Ironically, but it is very possible that you are actually afraid of what you want. You are afraid of what others will think. You are afraid that you will have to leave your usual comfort zone. You are afraid that it will be difficult. You are afraid that others will not accept you...

You focus on lack, not abundance

It doesn't take much effort to whine, complain or just get angry. It's a lot easier than looking for the silver lining in every cloud, isn't it? In short - You get what you focus on. Focusing on lack, negations and drama is exactly what you will attract.

You don't want to say goodbye to what you have

We are so in love with our comfort zone that it is hard to say goodbye to it. But even positive change is, after all, change, and it may require saying goodbye to the old. In order for something new to enter your life, you must first get rid of what is bothering you.

You didn't act

Manifestation doesn't work too well lying in bed for days and stagnating in passive energy. The universe wants to see that you are ready to act and take steps towards your dreams. Yes, maybe this path will be full of challenges, but I promise - it will be worth it!

What drives you forward? When asked this question, several answers come to mind. Maybe you are driven by ambition or financial benefits. Maybe your driving force is love or family. Maybe a sense of duty or responsibility. While all of these motivations are certainly strong, in reality we are all driven by one desire - the desire to be in line with our values. But I guarantee - it's worth it.
