Make-up artist Anda Zariņa points out that glowing, rested and radiant facial skin is always in fashion this year. To achieve such an effect, you can use a face base with glitter particles, but you should avoid applying it on the forehead, nose and chin. Anda Zariņa says that highlighter, pre-moisturized skin, blush and a little bronzer on the face can also look very flattering. Also, the use of graphic lines or liners to elegantly accentuate the eyes is relevant in make-up this year.
But for those brides who like nature, this year they have the opportunity to express themselves using green tones, which are very relevant at the moment. Anda points out that the use of this trend will be especially suitable for those brides who will celebrate their special day somewhere near nature or, on the contrary, the green color can become a great accent in an environment where there is nothing green around.
Several aspects should be taken into account when deciding what the bride's makeup will be, first of all, the skin type. If the facial skin is dry or oily, then it is especially necessary to take care of it even before the wedding day, so that the wedding makeup looks smooth and the result does not cause unpleasant surprises. It is important that the make-up artist properly prepares the bride's facial skin by applying a make-up base suitable for the specific skin type. As Anda Zariņa points out, the preform products will differ for dry or oily skin.
"For wedding makeup, it is advisable to choose waterproof mascara, buy your own powder and lipstick or gloss to take with you, so that you can renew your makeup throughout the day or in the evening if you need it.
It is better to choose eye shadows of medium intensity, lipstick and foundation with medium coverage so that everything looks good in reality and in photos. It should be noted that duller colors are currently in vogue for wedding photography, so brides may not be afraid of slightly brighter and more intense lipsticks and blush.
It is more convenient to paint the lips in a shade similar to your natural one, so that the future husband does not walk around with red or bright pink lips after all the many "bitter", advises Anda Zariņa.
It should be understood that make-up in photos found on the Internet will differ from how it will look in reality, because every woman has a different shape of face, eyes, lips, skin, hair color and also contrasts in the face. I also recommend combining the make-up trial with a bachelorette party or some other event, so you can see how the make-up lasts and whether you like its intensity," says Anda Zariņa.
