Who am I?
- I, Renāte Mākulēna, an organizer of weddings and private events, believe that every wedding is a unique story that we write together with you.

- I offer not only wedding organization and coordination, but also master classes/consultations where brides can learn to plan on their own, get inspiration, advice and skills on how to create a day plan, budget and visualization and in the end plan their wedding with peace of mind and on the wedding day.
- In addition, I also do planning and coordination of other wedding-related events (bachelorette/bachelorette parties, pre-wedding celebrations, engagement parties, weddings, honeymoon planning and other private events you need - such as birthdays, author events, presentations, etc.), as well as wedding and event decoration, if you take one of the services.

We will take care of the plan and execution of your wedding day from the first meeting to the agreed part of the wedding day (yes to saying the name, mixing, even for three days)! I will be there to support you every moment of your wedding day so that you can enjoy the day without any worries.

Wedding organization:
- dating consultation - covering the wedding idea, discussing/planning the wedding budget, mandatory events on the wedding day;
- development of the wedding day plan, design, overall presentation and vision;
- joint tasting, getting to know service providers, etc.;
Selection and reservation of - ceremony places, celebration places, photo sessions and other places;
- photo and video, host of the evening, musical performance, decorator, etc. engagement of service providers;
- preparing and handing over the wedding day scenario to all involved;
- event coordination;
- at least 3 coordinators on the wedding day.
Wedding coordination:

- during all planning up to 1 month before the wedding - 3 online consultations to help you plan your day;
- communication with the main service provider, for example, the host of the evening or the decorator online about your wedding;
- 1x up to 1 month before the wedding, a joint or separate visit to the place of celebration in person, in order to be able to answer your questions in time and to create the best possible wedding day scenario;
- the excel materials of the wedding organizer are given and a survey is completed by you so that I can get to know you better;
- mini visual about you as a couple and the feelings that go through you;
- at least 2 coordinators on the wedding day.
Wedding consultation:
- 2-hour long conversation about what is relevant to you with wedding organization;
- after the conversation 24/7 WhatsApp written communication for free until the wedding day about your current issue.
Preparation of the wedding day plan, technical scenario with consultation:
- 2-hour consultation - the best time before sending invitations to guests, when all the big activities of the wedding day are already booked, or about 1 month before the wedding;
- drawing up a technical plan for the necessary details, inventory, decorations on the wedding day;
Creating a - day plan / scenario so that it can be shared with wedding guests and wedding service providers, and everyone is clear about the day's flow and who is responsible.
Application
The young couple can apply for the wedding service as soon as they have decided, even 12+ months before the wedding, that they will get married, or even at the last moment , when you have realized that you need the help of a wedding planner!
