1. You should ride the horses at least once before, if possible, with the horses that you will take for the photo session on the wedding day. This will help to avoid the eyes full of fear from the uninitiated when the horse is tired of standing still, and from incorrectly placed arms and legs that do not make the picture perfect.   On the wedding day, no one will want to listen to a briefing on proper handling of horses and proper mounting.
2. Aesthetic pictures on horseback will look good only on a bride with a long and free-falling or voluminous dress. If you have a different model, it is better to take pictures without getting on the horse.
3. If you or the photographer have any special wishes regarding the session on horseback, it would be advisable to discuss them in advance with the owner of the horses, because it may happen that the horse you have chosen, for example, because of its color, will not want to have artificial smoke near its nose or a 5-meter long train for the bride's dress.
4. When taking pictures in nature, regardless, with or without horses, you have to take into account the unpredictability of the weather.  Ask the stable people if there is an alternative to shelter from the rain during the photo session.
5. For a photo session, it is not worth changing the beautiful bride's shoes for something more modest or more comfortable, because in reality, a high-heeled shoe can be a very tempting object for the photographer. If the shoes are changed, then on surprising ones, for example, a romantic wedding dress and black riding boots look very effective.
6. Do not feed the horses before and during the photo session - they will most likely stain your clothes with their saliva.
7. It should be taken into account that in warm weather there are mosquitoes and gnats that disturb the horses, and even the calmest horse cannot stand still for a long time.  In addition, animals, like small children, quickly tire of posing for the cameras, so the photographer will have to capture the moments.
8. You are ready for a surprise when you look at your pictures later - you can't even imagine how effective it looks from the outside. The horse gives a special aristocracy to the event, symbolizes beauty, wisdom and strength, and in symbiosis with you, two happy people, a true work of art will be created.
