Have you ever had the feeling that you try and try to achieve better results, but you don't succeed? Do you feel irritated when you think about this endless cycle that you have been trying to get out of for a long time? Maybe you start comparing yourself to others who seem to have a much "easier and better" life?
I know these feelings because I have been in your shoes. After years of being in business, dealing with various challenges at home and career, achieving financial freedom and working with successful people, I have noticed that many of them get what they want, and once they get it, they don't know what to do next. I also found myself stuck in a never-ending cycle of doing the same thing, trying to escape this routine for years, but nothing changed. I became irritated and frustrated with everything that was happening until my inner state began to affect my relationships, my body and my health. I had to go through a miscarriage to realize that I couldn't go on like this anymore.

I kept trying to fix the problem by dealing with various external factors. But actually the problem was me. My internal perceptions kept me from coming up with clarity and a plan of action. I wanted to move forward and achieve better results. I wanted to be happier and more successful than I already was, but my mindset was holding me back.
My biggest block was fear and doubt. Starting my business in the middle of the 2009 economic crisis pushed me to succeed, but at the same time I felt fear and couldn't stop thinking, "What if something goes wrong and we lose everything?" As a result, I was desperate, my decisions were based on fear, and this prevented me from growing.

Regardless of my accomplishments, I felt no fulfillment. I questioned my skills and continued to stand still. To get out of it I follow these 4 steps:
Here's the truth - you won't grow until you know who your best version of yourself is. Creating a life vision is the first step to realizing that where you are today is far from where you want to be.

Now that you know what you want, it's time to take action. The best way to fight fear and doubt is to do! It can be anything - organizing a meeting, hiring a coach, learning new skills - anything that will bring you closer to your goal every day.

Fear will not leave you. It is a fact. Instead of giving up, use that fear as motivation. Waiting for the fear to pass is like waiting for the perfect moment - it doesn't exist. Think about what you would lose if you gave in to your fear and didn't do it? Is it worth it?

There will always be problems, but you can't let them stop you from growing. The best way to overcome these obstacles is to see them as challenges that will make you stronger. When you succeed, talk about it and make sure you celebrate what you've done, because it will give you an incentive to keep going!
The key to dealing with limiting beliefs is to let go of the enormous burden that comes with them. It took a tough experience for me to realize that I couldn't keep denying my intuition. When I finally found time for myself and began to heal my inner self, I began to progress and enjoy life.
