Continuing the series of personal stories, we present the esthete of the project "Wedding gift or colorful dreams awake" - Jānis Buševičas, floral designer, decorator, director of SHISHI Home of Beauty .

My life has been connected with nature since childhood, spending summers in the family's summer house in Saulkrasti. I spent a lot of time in the forest and meadows, reading plants and getting to know nature, enjoying its endless, unique surprises. Thanks to the charm of nature, my professional development began at the Bulduri Horticultural Secondary School, learning horticulture, floriculture, botany and many other interesting subjects, the knowledge of which is still useful to me today. This gradually started my interest in the practical and decorative use of flowers and plants, but not so much in the cultivation itself, it prompted me to start attending flower arranging courses and seminars.

At the moment, I am perfectly aware of my passion for the chosen life path at that time and I can assert the long-known truth about the realization of dreams and desires, namely,

everything in this world and our life is possible, you just need to believe in it and strive for it with all your heart, and don't worry about the stones on the way.

The further professional growth continued thanks to the many fantastic instructors I met along the way, both in Latvia, Estonia, Norway and at the flower design school in Finland, where I had the opportunity to study with Europe's leading flower designers and also the founders of the SHISHI Home of Beauty brand: Lindas Johnsen and Taivo Pillera.

At that time, I had no idea that one day I could join the SHISHI team, but it was a dream and a wish, and here it is, it has come true.

In my work, I cannot imagine working together with people without enthusiasm and passion for work, because I myself am an incorrigible perfectionist, an esthete, an enjoyer of life and beauty.

I am very grateful to fate for the people I have met along the way of life, with whom we think and work in a similar way, we can realize aesthetically beautiful projects, thereby enjoying ourselves and pleasing others.

Daily work SHISHI Home of Beauty would be hard to imagine without my colleague Indra Bradzeniece, who is a fantastic person, a talented and imaginative flower designer. Together we implement the safest ideas! Indra says about her work in our team that "Our whole life consists of 100%, of which 50% of the time we spend at work, but it is difficult to express and describe it as a percentage, because work is our life, which we love and live together with colleagues who have become a part of our lives.

Meeting people who breathe, feel and act alike is our greatest gift in life.

With these people, you want to climb higher, dig deeper, go further, reach peaks and tear down mountains, and thanks to fate, I have met exactly such people and found exactly such a job."

I am sure that many things in this life cannot be measured only in material terms, so I enthusiastically agreed to join photographer Kristine Grīnvalde's fantastically insane project Wedding gift or colorful dreams while awake , because the feelings of joy of giving are one of the most beautiful. Kristīne has also become an integral player of the SHISHI Home of Beauty team, capturing the projects realized and experienced together. She says about our cooperation:
