Jelena and Einar met in the 10th grade, and their high school love story led them to their wedding day last summer. They say about themselves - from the very beginning there was an overwhelming desire to be together. On the other hand, after the wedding, both feel greater maturity, responsibility and depth in their relationship, and they say and think "we" more often than "I".

Delicate, elegant and romantic wedding

Jelena and Einar saw their wedding as delicate, elegant and romantic from the very beginning, just like the bride herself. This was achieved by celebrating the wedding in the Bīriņi Palace, as well as by inviting a string orchestra, whose performances could only be enjoyed by the wedding guests, as Jelena and Einar were on a photo shoot at that time. As a wedding car, the young couple chose a Rolls-Royce, driven by the owner himself. Their wedding was full of details - delicate and velvety invitations, a celebration table covered with flowers and a glittering tablecloth, and a special wedding dance.

"When planning the wedding, we thought about how to make it attractive so that the guests are not bored. We didn't tell any of the guests what kind of wedding program was waiting for them, we kept the intrigue.

A bartender was invited who served delicious cocktails and gave a small performance, dancers were invited whose dance performance heightened emotions, at the end the guests were also invited to join in the dance. And, of course, the biggest surprise for the guests was Intars Busulis. Everyone was excited about him. My husband and I chose his song "Я ТEBЯ РИСУЮ" for our first dance, which he performed during our dance. Before the dance, all guests were invited to the terrace. No one knew that Busulis would perform. But the whole evening ended with a wonderful firework over the lake," Jelena remembers the brightest moments of the wedding. However, the most special moment for Jelena was, of course, when she was standing at the door of the Krimulda church and getting ready to go out to her husband.

“I was so excited and worried that I could hardly breathe. I breathe very loudly," Jelena says with a smile.

He trusted the organizer in planning the wedding

Jelena and Einar chose Bīriņi Palace as the venue for their wedding celebration, and admit that they fell in love with this place from the very beginning.

“I was a bride who did not delve into the details, I devoted myself completely to the search for my wedding dress, invitations and dance lessons. The general concept of the wedding was clear to me, but I fully trusted the wedding organizer.

Therefore, during the wedding period, I felt calm and enjoyed what was happening. We would also recommend this to other couples - not to get stuck. The main thing is to enjoy the moments together so that the waiting time for the wedding is pleasant, not full of stress," advises Jelena.

Repeat, repeat!

In the end, Jelena and Einar admit that everything went as planned on their wedding day. Even better.

“The wedding guests were delighted. And so do we, of course. Friends said it should be repeated. The guests wanted to extend this day more and more. We metaphorically compared it to eating "it's better to be a little undereaten than to overeat," said Yelena.
