We, LĪGAVĀM, will film an engaging video about you directly at your place, which we will show during the wedding online exhibition, as well as on social networks after the event, depending on the offer package you choose (see below), and you will show yourself to potential customers here and now - by chatting and answering customer questions in online chat rooms. No time lag! This is your chance to show off and prove yourself as the right wedding service provider for their dream wedding.

• Participants have the opportunity to present their offer live and answer questions in the chat.
• The possibility to communicate with the customer online separately: Breakout Rooms , or a separate room for individual conversations.
• All participants' videos will also be published after the event on the portals ligavam.lv and onlineweddingexpo.com , as well as on social networks.

How to join the Online Wedding Expo Zoom event

1. Before the event

Download Zoom:

• For computer: https://zoom.us/download (Zoom Client for Meetings)
• For phone/tablet: "Zoom" application from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Check your internet connection - stable Wi-Fi is recommended.

Check the camera and microphone:

• Opens the Zoom application.
• Click on Settings → Audio and Video .
• Choose your microphone and camera, make sure the picture and sound work.

It is recommended to use headphones with a microphone or headset to avoid background noise.

2. How to join the event

1. You will receive a Zoom joining link in your e-mail the day before the event.
2. On the day of the event, click on the link - the Zoom application will open.
3. If prompted for a Meeting ID and Passcode, they will be provided in the email.
4. Allows Zoom to use the camera and microphone.

3. During the event

• Microphone: Keep mute (Mouth) while speaking to avoid background noise.
• Camera: If possible, keep on for a more professional presence.
• Chat (Chat): In the Chat section you can answer questions in writing or communicate with customers.
• Raise your hand: Press Reactions → Raise Hand if you want to ask a question.

4. Individual conversations (Breakout Rooms)

• If the client wants to talk to you individually, the moderator will move you to the Breakout Room .
• The message “ Join Breakout Room ” will appear on the screen – press Join .
• The conversation will be between you and the client only (private room).
• To return to the main hall, press Leave Room → Return to Main Session .

5. Possible complications and solutions

• No sound: Check that the correct microphone/headset is selected in the Zoom audio settings.
• No video: Check the camera in another program and make sure it's not turned off in Zoom.
• Internet slow: Turns off the camera to preserve better sound quality.
