Eco-make-up artist Linda Vesate believes that beauty goes hand in hand with concern for health and the environment, therefore chooses to work only with cosmetic products that are beneficial affects the condition of the skin and contains only safe and tested ingredients from the plant kingdom, but at the same time effective perform their functions.
LĪGAVĀM asked Linda what are the latest makeup trends for the bride and what makeup will highlight the winter brides.
I believe that brides do not need to follow any make-up trends, make-up trends, because later, looking back, they can even look quite funny in photos. In my opinion, classic and neutral or nude makeup that will make any woman look fresh and youthful, and such makeup will never will not go out of fashion and will look good in photos 10, 20 or 50 years from now.
Every bride has to choose an image that suits her and the style of the particular wedding. Because often in winter weddings there is a Christmas mood, then red, wine-colored or purple lips can be part of the bride's makeup. Winters vintage style is also perfect for weddings.

In the dark months of the year, I recommend making the bride's make-up a little more intense, because the lighting indoors is darker than in the summer.
Christmas and the New Year are often associated with glitter, glitter, champagne bubbles, fireworks, therefore, of course, these vibes can be seen in both clothes and make-up. Instead of the highlighter that was so relevant in previous years more relevant is general radiation on the facial skin, which can be achieved with both radiant foundation and make-up bases and for creamy highlighters. Another topicality is the blush, which is in a coordinated shade with the lipstick. by the way one of the tricks is to apply lipstick on the cheeks as well. But this season, matte lipsticks are replaced by lip glosses. Right now single-toned eye shadows are also in fashion, and pink and purple shades are especially relevant this season. Also red lips always was, is and will be in fashion.

I use only natural, vegan and animal-free cosmetics. This means that the cosmetics I use have only plant-based ingredients and no chemicals of any kind. I have come across a lot of stereotypes about natural and vegan cosmetics, and to be honest, I thought the same until several years ago.
One of the most frequently heard stereotypes is that natural cosmetics are not long-lasting enough, however, it must be said that natural the range of cosmetics is very wide - there are many brands and manufacturers, and each manufacturer has its own technologies, how cosmetics are produced, therefore it is definitely possible to create long-lasting cosmetics that are natural and vegan. My clients usually say that the make-up stays on both during hot summer days and when dancing all night in length.

You definitely need to study the makeup artist's work and understand if you are on the same page. Each master has his own handwriting, therefore it is important that the sense of taste matches. It would also be very important for the bride to feel comfortable in the presence of the master and whether the make-up artist is up-to-date on current make-up trends.
In my opinion, after finding out what makeup trends suit the bride, it is definitely necessary to do makeup trial. This should be done even if the specific make-up artist is known. If a make-up test has been done before, then the whole make-up process goes much more smoothly, because the master already knows what shades to choose and what the bride expects.
