This is also where the most common misunderstandings about manifestation lie - people think that manifestation is like giving an order to the universe, and accordingly they are disappointed when they do not receive this order. It sounds absurd, but people sabotage themselves this way more often than you might think.

To reduce the power of fear and doubt over you, you need to recognize them. Avoidance will not help, you have to be clearly aware of them in order to work with them. this inner work consists of managing one's thoughts, resisting negative thoughts, and cultivating supportive, empowering thoughts. Disprove your negative beliefs about yourself and replace them with positive ones.

Change the scenarios you play out in your mind - instead of thinking about everything that could go wrong, imagine all the possible ways it could work out. There is power not only in visualization, but also in language, so use affirming language, formulate wishes positively and talk about what you want, not about what you don't want.

Self-love - the basis of manifestation

We have already mentioned self-sabotage in relation to fear and doubt. An unconscious tendency to stick with the routine is another way this can happen. However, try to recognize it and not give in. You have to learn to live in the new life full of possibilities. Because where it is comfortable and usual, nothing changes. Only when you change something and start to feel differently, you will realize that with your inner strength you can create a wonderful and abundant life, inspiration will arise in you, creativity will increase and ideas will be born.

Fourth step - pass the tests of the universe

Basically, this step teaches patience and surrender. It is understandable that when you have formulated your desires, fought with your limiting beliefs, you will wait for the result. But apart from fear and doubt, there are other aspects that can affect the fulfillment of dreams. They will be different for everyone. Another way to do this is to practice gratitude. Roxy Nafusi writes that gratitude is one of the most powerful emotional tools for getting out of low vibrations, bad emotions and negativity. Your motivation should be filled with positivity and love; you will not get out of it with negations against the reality of the moment. The sixth step - turn envy into inspiration
