Wedding Planning Coaching is a relatively new service in the wedding industry, but it is rapidly gaining popularity. It enables clients to receive professional support and guidance to plan and organize their wedding. Although careful wedding planning is carried out with the coach, the coach addresses not only the practical aspects, but also the emotional and psychological level.
It provides clients with personal support, helps to identify their wishes, goals and vision for the wedding, as well as to overcome any doubts and stressful situations.
The main focus of a wedding planner is practical and organizational issues. The wedding planner will turn the couple's idea into a real event, communicate with service providers, take care of logistics and coordination, as well as help with the preparation of invitations and the development of a seating plan for guests. Of course, depending on the specifics of the wedding, the wedding planner may not perform any of these tasks or, on the contrary, perform some additional duties.
A wedding planning coach will be more like your advisor and mentor in the wedding planning process. A coach will give you advice and help you come to your own decisions. A wedding planning coach will help you define your priorities in the wedding planning process, develop a wedding planning strategy and help you stick to it. A coach will also provide emotional support when you are faced with the challenges and stress of wedding planning.
Of course, the range of services offered by each specific professional may differ, therefore, before starting cooperation, openly express what you expect and what the engaged professional can provide you.

Wedding planning is the process of organizing and preparing a wedding, from initial ideas to the big day. It includes many important details and tasks that need to be done to ensure that the wedding goes as planned. A wedding coach will help you through the various stages of wedding planning.
Creating a wedding day vision
It all starts with two loving Yes!, followed by excitement and choosing a wedding date. But what next? What do we want? How do we want? What will our special day be that we will remember for a lifetime and tell our grandchildren about? Here is the time for a conversation about the overall vision of the wedding day accompanied by a coach, in a calm, supportive atmosphere, feeling even how the wedding day the bride's bouquet will smell. During the conversation, the coach notes all the nuances and at the end you will receive a summary with all your dream flight for the wedding day. After this session, you will have defined what kind of wedding you both want, what is and what is not in this wedding.
Creating a conceptual wedding plan
Once you've figured out what kind of wedding you want, it's time to start planning. This includes covering all the areas that will be important to your wedding, from the budget, venue and musicians to the officiating if you choose. in this planning stage, a timeline is also prepared, reference points for when and what should be done and which people should be involved. this is the stage when ushers or other wedding parties such as parents and friends can also participate in the conversation. this conversation will allow everyone to be on the same page. these meetings can be shared, for example, by the new couple with the conductors and then the conductors separately, if the conductors are assigned various additional duties. The coach supports not only the couple, but also others involved in the planning process.

Preparing the wedding day plan
The preparation of the wedding day plan is a very important stage, as it will reflect all the activities that you will have in mind. It also happens that the day is too short for everything planned. Therefore, the day plan helps to set priorities and will also be a very valuable support for everyone involved in the organization of the wedding to determine at what point what needs to be done. Therefore, it would be valuable for the carriers to participate in this conversation as well. At the end of the conversation, a daily plan should be created - complete or supplemented.
Cooperation after the wedding
A friend once said: "A family is like a small company." Well, this session is dedicated to discussing what the cooperation will be like after the wedding - how the small company will work. this conversation is about values, about what is important to each other. The conversation format is light and guided in a positive direction - it is not couples therapy, but an opportunity to discover what each of the couple would like, about how to be together as a family. It is an opportunity to hear yourself and each other. The more specific purpose and direction of the conversation is determined by the couple themselves, depending on their priorities and wishes. At the end of the conversation, the couple receives a summary of what was decided, spoken and the guidelines for their future life together.

Before the meeting, the coach explains everything about future cooperation and agrees on the meeting time, as well as sends confirmation information. Meetings are held remotely, but face-to-face meetings are also possible by prior arrangement. The duration of the meeting is approximately 1.5 hours in the case of an individual or couple session, while if the leaders or parents, friends also participate in the meeting, the duration of the meeting is 2 hours.
Only the couple or one of the couple is recommended to participate in the development of the wedding vision. If the wedding preparation process itself is planned, then you can attract those people who should know about it, for example ushers, parents, friends. Most of the time, there is no need to prepare anything for the meeting. Before the first meeting, the coach will ask questions to understand the stage of the wedding planning process and agree on a plan for the session. During the session, the coach, guided by wedding planning methods, clarifies all wishes in a conversation with the client, supporting the creation of a structured plan, from which the list of activities to be carried out follows. Everything is done to ensure a peaceful and structured preparation for the wedding day.
