"I have traveled all over the world and lived outside my native Latvia for many years. The inner calling of my soul has never allowed me to stay in one place for too long, because something deep inside pushes me to discover more than what I am told about life. This variety led me and still leads me to connect and refresh the inner points and nuances of perception. The search for external sensations, experiences and choices have led me on my life's journey to various revelations, accepting, healing, trusting and loving myself. This wisdom of life has taught me and helped me create a safe space for others who are longing, looking for the missing details outside the mind box.
I began to clearly hear and know the answers to my soul's questions when I did the first 'Rebirthing' or Rebirth breathing therapy session in 2015. It took me deep into my psyche, beyond the walls of "I don't know".
A year later I finished 'Rebirthing' | Rebirth leader training and brought the first seed of conscious breathing to Latvia, where we created the 'Rebirthing' school together. They call me the mother of Rebirthing in Latvia.
Since then, I have conducted Revival sessions, courses and retreats in many countries including Bali, India, England, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, Costa Rica, Spain.
Although I have studied and attended many courses, my greatest learning has come from the 'school of life' and over 1,000 hours spent working 1:1 with clients as well as conducting courses, workshops, trainings and retreats in person."

I am a citizen of the world, currently I call Bali home, where my family and I have lived for almost 2 years. Before that, we lived in the Netherlands for 11 years.
My path to mindfulness began more than 18 years ago through my relationship with my biggest and most direct life teacher, my husband Kristaps, with whom we have been together for 24 years. My relationship with my husband and our 4 children are the driving forces of my life, which constantly invite me to look deeper and wider into myself.
My professional life is a web written in colorful patterns, which started with a yoga thread, later expanded in the field of women's health, doulas support families before and after childbirth, and currently continues through Tantra (Sex, Love and Relationship coach), Breathing and Kundalini Energy transmission in the field of Woman and Man relationships.
When I am asked what I do, who I am, it is difficult for me to answer, because I feel that any word puts me in a box, a frame, but I myself have the feeling that I am infinity, an infinitely changing being with a very great passion in the world of the heart, in living and long-lasting relationships between Women and Men. Sometimes I laugh that I have become a doula of the soul, a companion on the way to the home of the heart. I believe that when we, woman, man, mother, father, sister, son meet in our hearts, compassion awakens in us - we are all students of life and have come here on Earth to learn love.
