Almost every woman strives for deep harmony and happiness, but often in the rush of everyday life we forget about the simple joys of life, through which we feel this harmony and happiness even more easily.
In today's world, where there is a constant rush, we often forget that true joy lies in various details.
Start your day with awareness of simple joys: a soft towel during morning hygiene, the aroma of freshly squeezed juice or morning tea, the warmth of sunlight through the window, children's laughter, morning cuddles with your partner, smiling at yourself in the mirror.
If you like to read, spend at least 10-15 minutes in the morning to enjoy a book in a cozy corner.
If joy is caused by yoga, meditation, planning the day, then start your day exactly with that - give yourself this joy from the very morning.
Remember that happiness cannot always be felt in great achievements, it is often hidden in everyday little things.

Learn to express gratitude for what you have every day. Keep a gratitude journal in which you write down three to five things you are grateful for each day. Whether it is gratitude to yourself, others or the Higher Powers - the main thing is that you can express it in words more and more often.
It could even be something as simple as a delicious meal, a smile from a friend, support from loved ones, letting go in the elevator, helping, carrying documents, etc.
Little by little, you will notice how your perception of life will become more positive and you will start not only noticing, but also appreciating every moment more.

Self-development and self-care are important aspects of a harmonious life. Find time for hobbies, exercises or additional educational opportunities. For example, if you like to draw, set aside at least one evening a week to devote to creativity. If you enjoy walking in the forest or by the sea, schedule it in your planner, because there is usually no time left for it when there are many other priorities in life. Do things that bring you joy and fill you with energy! This will not only improve your mood, but also increase your self-esteem.
The environment around you has a huge impact on your emotional state. Try to spend more time with people who support and inspire you. If there are toxic people in your circle who constantly criticize and negatively influence you, limit communication with them. Find a community of like-minded people, be it colleagues with similar interests or a group on social networks, where you will feel supported and understood.
Many of us have been taught in childhood to stay at home all the time, because "you are the guardian of the hearth" or "to suffer all your sorrows alone, crying into a pillow", but these are programs that you can consciously transform. Find yourself also outside the house and in activities you like and in the company of people.

Each of us deserves to be happy and enjoy life. But often your subconscious blocks and programs, negative emotions and experiences can cloud your consciousness and prevent you from enjoying life. Learn to get rid of resentment, anger, shame and other negative emotions and don't dwell on the negative. If you need specialist help, seek it - remember that you are not alone in this world! I see how even just by listening to my Q/A broadcasts on Instagram, women develop themselves and learn to value their everyday life differently. We often just need an outside view of ourselves.
Practices relaxation techniques such as deep breathing to reduce tension. When you are angry or stressed, take a few deep breaths and focus on the breathing process. It will help you feel yourself, calm down and return to a harmonious state.
Using these tips, you can change the way you perceive the world and find joy in every day.
