How to develop femininity in yourself

How to develop femininity in yourself

Do you want to become more feminine ? Are you not always sure of yourself and compare yourself to others? Maybe you think that femininity is inherent in all women from birth and only you are deprived? Maybe you don't understand why it is necessary at all and how femininity can improve relationships, financial status and make you truly happy?

MenuDaina Einberg

I have been helping women develop their femininity for more than 15 years. Not to create it anew, but to discover what is already in you, but, often, due to various situations in life, is hidden somewhere very deep.

Femininity is not only about external appearance, as it is often imposed on us by society.

Real femininity is about your happiness, health, wealth and spirituality!

Some concrete tips to discover your femininity:

1. Take care of your positive emotions

Clean hair, neat nails, fragrant bath, pleasant face mask, SPA, body massage, exercise to your favorite music, leisurely morning with a glass of juice on the terrace. Do something nice for yourself at least once a day!

2. Choose feminine activities

Sign up for dance, yoga, pilates or other classes that develop plasticity and grace. Engage in female hobbies. You don't have to cross stitch or knit socks. Draw, sing, dance, make flower bouquets, sew dolls, write poetry - find something that really brings you joy.

3. Changes in diet

What we eat and drink greatly affects not only our physical appearance, but also our well-being, body odor, energy level, mental health, and many other important life processes. Revise your menu - add more fresh vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts, give up fast snacks and you will experience fantastic internal feelings and external results.

4. Renew your wardrobe

Swap pants and jeans for skirts and dresses, crocs and massive boots - for elegant and feminine shoes, sandals, boats. Let a woman into your wardrobe too!

5. Awaken your sexuality

Buy yourself a new set of underwear, put it on, stand in front of the mirror and start dancing, moving your hips, touching your body. Apply for a feminine photo session! Remember how beautiful and seductive you really are!

6. Communicates with women

The more you communicate with feminine, neatly dressed, healthy women in body and spirit in successful relationships, the more different feminine habits you will start to take over from them. The way we are is strongly influenced by the society around us.

7. Continue self-education

Find time for valuable books, courses and trainings that you will immediately apply in life, meet interesting people, attend developmental events. Constantly developing your intellectual world, you will become more interesting to yourself and also a more valuable interlocutor for others.

8. Talk to yourself

Learn to ask yourself questions aimed at getting to know yourself:

How am I feeling right now? What do I want right now? Do I really want this? What makes me happy? What am I thankful for right now?

9. Spend more time in nature

Take a walk in the park, in the forest, enjoy the flowers, water bodies, breathe deeply. Nature has very important energy for a woman's physical and mental health.

10. Develop your spiritual world

Engage in spiritual practices - choose what is close to you. Yoga, meditation with breathing, gratitude practices, communication with God / Universe. Choose what soothes, relaxes, distracts from everyday challenges.

Finally, enjoy life!

Start enjoying life from the heart - love yourself, people around you, nature, events, the whole world!

And remember - don't do it for someone or for someone, only for yourself!

Just create yourself for your own pleasure, express yourself, enjoy!

Be happy for yourself!
