What does it mean to prepare for a wedding?

Before I was married myself, I had a huge illusion that everything was so simple, beautiful and easy. Just because I'm happy and overwhelmed with my wedding, everything has to go smoothly. And mine, of course, will be everything, everything, everything....wedding. It seemed that everything was slipping into the hands and ideas were pouring out as if from a cornucopia. Not only in waking life, but also in dreams, I had already put on a wedding dress hundreds of times, ordered a bridal bouquet, talked to a photographer, found a car, a carriage, a horse and a million other things. For me, personally, the first major headache was the choice of shoes.

The idea just occurred to me that it would be interesting to conduct a survey/social research - something that brides, now wives, really "hung up" on when planning a wedding. And "hang" can be anything. I like the dress, I could buy it, but it's not your size, you need to find a seamstress. Out of season for your favorite flowers? Can't find a cake baker that uses dates instead of sugar? Can't find make-up specialists? Remember that you should definitely meet with this person before the big event, because the wedding makeup must be tried on beforehand. Must understand or think and see similarly.  Sometimes there is simply not enough information, knowledge, so that everything works out no-or-no-ja-mi.

Flower arrangements, candles, table cards, outdoor tables, decorations by the sea. How not to get lost in the offer and choose? I really want to see a neat and understandable TO DO LIST. But what is not unimportant is to understand how much it will cost. What are the prerequisites in general for calculating costs.
