• Take care of yourself - stop and take a breath! Be here and now, observing your every feeling and breath. Before you try to make others happy, take care of yourself first.

It can be understood that each of us has our daily responsibilities, children, a huge responsibility for what is done and what is not done, but in this endless squirrel wheel, the key to inner peace and strength lies in balance.

I heard a perfect example from a great woman - if your phone is completely discharged to 0 percent and you put it on charge, it takes a while to turn on at all. However, if you notice at 20 percent that you need to find a charger and charge your phone, it will reach 100 percent very quickly. Likewise, we women cannot feel energized, fulfilled and happy when our battery is down to zero. It's important to catch that 20 percent and find a way to recharge yourself by tapping into your natural feminine energy.

Remember, you don't always have to wear high heels, short skirts and red lips to feel attractive and exude femininity and sexuality. It is an energy that begins with inner confidence, creativity, playfulness and self-awareness. Shining on the inside, you will also shine on the outside!
