There is a saying in English that timing is everything *. It is impossible not to agree with this also in connection with the wedding, because the scenario and program of the special wedding day is one of the most important things in organizing a wedding. It turns out, by themselves creating your own wedding scenario and program is not always an easy task - there are several aspects that must be taken into account, including learning not to make the most typical script and program drafting mistakes.

The scenario and program of the wedding day begins with a successful morning planning

Wedding organizer Inga Bērziņa / bannté states that the scenario and program of the wedding day you have to start already with planning a successful wedding morning. She recommends planning the time of the wedding ceremony so that the bride and the groom would be able to sleep in the morning, instead of starting to puke at six in the morning. Likewise, successful planning means that the make-up artist and the hairdresser come to the bride's home or to the designated wedding venue, so that everything is together and the bride would not have to go anywhere in the morning.

"Like the bride, the groom must have time to eat breakfast in the morning, because all the other days eating is not likely to be a priority for them, so when the wedding day is being scripted, it should be included in the list" says Inga.

The optimal time for the ceremony, if the couple wants to meet for the first time on a given day only at the ceremony itself, is at approximately 14:00, on the other hand, if the couple has planned a photo session before the ceremony, then the marriage ceremony could start at the earliest 16:00. Of course, this time can also change depending on where the ceremony is intended. "If both the wedding ceremony and the celebration are planned for the same place, then you can start as late as possible so that neither the guests nor the couple will get tired," advises Inga Bērziņa.

The scenario of the wedding day is an essential weapon of time planning, the car with which the couple will go to the ceremony - if it will be a retro car, then its permitted driving speed is often lower for the average. It is also necessary to find out in advance whether there are any repairs taking place on the selected road section that could increase the price amount of time.

"After the wedding ceremony, it can take some time to take pictures together. That's why, lately, with the couple themselves and wedding photographers agree that after the ceremony, the overall picture will be taken, as well as photos with the parents and for those guests who do not plan to be at the evening celebration. On the other hand, the shared moments with the other guests will be captured in photographs caught during the evening. Then the pictures will be different and often more creative," Inga assured.

Walking an hour before midnight

Speaking about the time after the ceremony, when the young couple often goes on a short trip and photo session, Inga states that 1.5 hours is the optimal time for such an activity. The maximum time away from guests could be 3 hours, during which guests must be provided with various activities, just like snacks and drinks.

On the wedding day, you should think not only about the bride and groom, but also about the guests, Inga believes, that's why recently started to include the mixing part already at 23:00, which is the scenario of the wedding day and which means that evening the climax, including the cutting of the wedding cake and the tossing of the bride's bouquet, will be at midnight, after which the wild dancing for the rest of the night.

Nothing will happen by itself on the wedding day

The young couple has to ask themselves question how they want to see their wedding. "In order for an idea to take shape, it must be filled with several basic components – you must clearly see what the general mood of the wedding will be, for example, traditional, non-traditional, romantic, etc., what will be the theme, colors, and you also need to understand what the main accents will be. They can be various – the young couple's desire to spend moments together, entertainment of guests, various surprises and other nuances.

When the idea is clear, only then can we start thinking about the details - choosing the wedding venue, dividing the time of the day, guests number, the involvement of various service providers and the provision of other technical details," explains the creation of the scenario Sigita Daniliča. Therefore, the scenario of the wedding day includes the division of responsibilities between friends and relatives.

"The most common mistake is to assume that everything will happen by itself on the wedding day,

that the young couple will be able to remember everything. It should not be forgotten that this day should be full of joy and carefree, but it is possible if all the worries are distributed either on the shoulders of conductors, parents, friends or organizers. Therefore, the scenario of the wedding day involves hiring the responsible person for each position, including who will take care of passports, rings, flowers, outings and punctuality. Another common mistake is the script overload.

It should be remembered that too many activities tire both the young couple and the guests. Time to rest from for guests, for romantic double solitude. If the young couple is "on stage" all the time, then the energy quickly runs out the reserves may run out and there won't be enough power for the evening part," observed Sigita.

The biggest challenge – lack of time, resources and experience

Creating your own wedding day scenario can be a challenge - this is often indicated by various wedding organizers. Sigita Danilić observed that the biggest challenge is the lack of time, resources and experience. "Often we we know how to conjure up a beautiful, romantic vision for our wedding day, but we don't know how to turn this vision into real events in time and space. Questions of a practical nature that cause difficulties tend to be both in big things and in small things.

For example, lack of experience to evaluate a photographer, musicians, florist, caterer, host of the evening and others quality of service providers, their reliability. Wedding organizers cooperate with proven and reliable partners, so quality can be guaranteed. In the details, you have to take into account the coordination of time, ensuring delivery, various implementation of design details, possible failures must be foreseen, including weather, broken car, a guest's health condition, traffic jams and other things, as well as having a "plan B" in mind," Sigita believes.

If the young couple can allocate enough time to plan their wedding, be creative and have a clear wedding concept, Sigita believes that most likely the creation of the scenario will not cause difficulties. “Nevertheless, in this case too, me I would recommend consulting a professional to avoid gross mistakes. Sometimes the young couple thinks - yes the wedding is small and intended for a very narrow circle of guests, then you can handle everything yourself. However, my experience shows that

professional can offer not only a much broader vision of the event, but also many unusual, finely nuanced details that the young couple would not even think about.
